Introduction

The main purpose of the seminar is to provide participants with useful information and practical advises in relation to the effective implementation of the main provisions of Cyprus employment law and social insurances system.

It is important for any effective manager / supervisor / team leader to have a solid understanding of all the basic matters surrounding the employment law in Cyprus.

At the end of the seminar participants are expected:

  • To enhance their knowledge and understanding with regard to the most useful employment law principles and rulings.

Trainer: 

Mr Zacharias Ioannou

Zacharias Ioannou is a holder of a Bsc degree in Economics and Masters in Business Administration and Human Resources Management. He is also a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development of the UK.

Zacharias has an extensive professional experience in the area of human resources management and employee relations. He worked both as a Human Resources Manager in well-known local establishments in the retailing sector and as an HR Advisor in the professional services field.

He is a Certified Trainer by the Human Resources Development Authority of Cyprus to deliver seminars and workshops in relation to employment law and social insurance system in Cyprus.
