Objectives:
The program objectives include learning the basics of project management principles, learning processes involving a project, various tools and methods used to design and monitor a project and preparation of the necessary studies, reports and accounts including a project . The main objective of the program is full familiarization of learners with the standard of the Project Management Institute (PMI – Project Management Institute) and their preparation for participation in the examination to obtain the globally recognized Certificate Project Management Professional. By the end of the program the students will be able using the methodology of PMI to
