This Course is for all sales people who wish to develop a highly effective, successful and professional approach to selling. The key objective of the programme is to develop the skills needed to effectively undertake all of the essential steps in the sales process. It will focus on how to maximise the use of the sales tools provided in order to demonstrate a professional approach to securing new business.

This course reflects the need for practicable responses to the most common challenges facing companies in grappling with digital challenges and opportunities.

What you will Learn

This course will provide an effective and clearly defined methodology for dealing with customers and will include

  • Preparing effectively for calls or meetings, in particular setting relevant objectives.
  • How to create rapport and make an impact at the start of a call or meeting.
  • The ability to control the flow of the call or meeting.
  • Uncovering sales opportunities by using structured questioning to understand the customer situation.
  • Best practice techniques for discussing, presenting and reducing the importance of price.
  • Professional objection handling and closing skills to increase the chances of success.
  • A Personal Action Plan to apply workshop learns into daily sales activity to secure long term implementation and results.
