EIMF in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) and the Cyprus International Funds Association (CIFA) invites you to the following event

This highly relevant event will be held on Wednesday November 1 at the Londa Hotel in Limassol.

The events speaker, Adam Samuel, is a lawyer qualified in the UK/USA and for the last 21 years he has run a consulting business helping financial regulators across three continents across three continents on customer-facing issues.

During the event Adam will be talking about Promoting Financial Products and he will cover the following issues:

  • Is it financial promotions or client communications we should be talking about
  • What risks and disadvantages do we need to talk about
  • Should we provide risk warnings or descriptions
  • For spread betting, what needs disclosing, loss rates
  • How to use new media safely and wisely
