 s. Women’s participation in boardrooms brings a wealth of perspectives\, 
 enhances decision-making\, and fosters innovation—factors crucial for nav
 igating today’s complex business environment. Research consistently shows
  that gender-diverse boards outperform their less-diverse counterparts in f
 inancial performance and risk management\, while also contributing to stron
 ger organisational culture and reputation. Furthermore\, the European regul
 atory framework has expanded to cover this issue in particular\, creating a
