DESCRIPTION:Acquiring and cultivating Power Skills (Soft Skills) is an inte
 gral part of doing business and achieving success. Recognising the interrel
 ation between different departments and divisions and the dependence on int
 ernal procedures applied by people coming from different backgrounds\, diff
 erent characters and different needs is the first step towards creating a c
 ulture of acceptance and growth.\n\nLiving in the AI era\, equips managers 
 and department heads with many tools and helps them ensure that their organ
 isations run smoothly by tracking potential problems and deviations and pre
 venting them from occurring. However\, human behaviour is not as predictabl
 e and technological systems cannot provide solutions that fit all.\n\nReski
