DESCRIPTION:This webinar will focus on the current efforts by the Cyprus Mi
 nistry of Justice and the Cyprus Bar Association to render commercial media
 tion compulsory for smaller claims\, i.e. disputes up to 10\,000 EUR.\n\nTh

 o explain and evaluate how this mechanism can contribute to enhancing the e
