Presenting ideas and/or information, is a critically important aspect of a manager’s role. Whether delivering a formal presentation to a client, or simply contributing in a workplace meeting, how we are received by any audience will have tremendous impact on whether or not our information is accepted, or our ideas are given a fair chance. In fact, strong presentation skills have been highlighted as a factor of paramount importance to a manager’s ability to influence others and hence to their success.
