With finance services training, his programmes are delivered to a range of business managers and leaders in banks, insurance, foreign exchange and regulation.. His training experience has included a number of projects in the Gulf, Europe, the Americas and Asia.    His previous experience features a career in banking, which included running sales and service teams, lending management, high net worth clients and then running training programmes enabling others to work successfully in these areas. Phil’s qualifications include an MBA from Cranfield University, a Master Practitioner in NLP, the Financial Planning Certificate, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. In addition, he is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers, and a Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association.
