• The Importance of DEI for Everyone: Understand how a diverse and inclusive environment benefits all of us and contributes to our success.
• Recognising Unconscious Bias: Discover how biases can influence our actions and decisions, and how to be more mindful of them.
• Exploring Privilege and Intersectionality: Gain awareness of how different aspects of identity can intersect and impact experiences at work.

Communicating Inclusively

• Effective Communication Across Cultures: Improve your ability to communicate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Handling Difficult Conversations Respectfully: Develop skills to manage and resolve conflicts in a constructive and inclusive way.
