This two-part programme is designed to give you all the essentials for successful negotiation, from basics through to mode advanced techniques. It is designed to be practical, so that you can apply everything you learn in the course to real life negotiation immediately upon return to your workplace.
By the end of this programme, you will:
First steps in negotiation (negotiation level 1)
Interactive, practical, and rich in variety. Accelerated learning techniques will be used, to embed learning and enhance recall. Any theories are immediately grounded in practice so that the learning can be applied immediately in day-to-day work.
This programme may be approved for up to 4 CPD units in Personal & Professional Development. Eligibility criteria and CPD Units are verified directly by your association, regulator or other bodies which you hold membership.
