The course will guide participants through the project risk management process, and the principles of risk communication, consultation, monitoring and review. Upon completion of the course participants shall be in a position to identify and evaluate the stakeholders in any project, shall be able to develop an effective project risk communication and consultation plan shall be equipped to develop a project risk monitoring and review process.
