From new staff induction, to on-the-job skills development and new product understanding, managers are required to communicate new knowledge and skills to their staff so as to enable them to perform their duties to the fullest of their potential.
In order to assume the role of trainer successfully, managers need to develop new skills and acquire new tools in order to maximize their proficiency in this critical area.
