Pantelitsa Sfiniadaki has obtained a Phd in the fields of Public Law “Sustainable Urban Development in German and Greek Law as a Concept of weighing and balancing of interests” from the Faculty of Law of the Free University (Freie Universität) of Berlin. Sie has Master’s degree (LL.M.) from the same University. She has graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens.
She specializes in Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Oil and Gas Law, Environmental Law, Urban planning Law, Immigration Law. She is a scientific collaborator at the Law School of the European University of Cyprus. She has taught the following courses in the past: General Administrative Law, Special Administrative Law, Oil and Gas Law, Environmental Aspects of Oil and Gas Law, Constitutional Law.
Pantelitsa Sfiniadaki has obtained a Phd scholarship from the Academy of Athens and a Master scholarship from the Vardinogianneio Idrima.
She has been a member of the Chania, Crete Bar Association since 2008.
