Effective Project Management (Project Management) is a key criterion for the above and familiarity with standards (Standards) Project Management has become necessary. The standards have been created based on best practices (best practices) that are developed through years of research and experience and offer a well-structured project management methodology which includes methods and tools that facilitate stakeholders (stakeholders) and support the success of projects .

Objectives:
The program objectives include learning the basics of project management principles, learning processes involving a project, various tools and methods used to design and monitor a project and preparation of the necessary studies, reports and accounts including a project . The main objective of the program is full familiarization of learners with the standard of the Project Management Institute (PMI – Project Management Institute) and their preparation for participation in the examination to obtain the globally recognized Certificate Project Management Professional. By the end of the program the students will be able using the methodology of PMI to

• Manage quality issues and risks in the context of the standard
• To contract the project management principles in the context of the standard
• Implement processes for the effective closure of the project

Certification:
Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants of the program who will successfully complete the whole program which states: “The program was approved by the Human Resource Development Authority.”
