Course Overview
Cyprus has recently introduced a dedicated Fund Administrators Law, formally setting out a legal framework for fund administration services. The new framework aims to strengthen transparency, reinforce investor protection, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the Cypriot investment funds sector.
It complements the existing AIF and AIFM legislation by providing clear regulation and supervisory oversight of fund administration activities, making it essential for companies to familiarise themselves with the new requirements.

The programme combines a structured PowerPoint presentation with guided discussions and interactive Q&A segments. This approach ensures that participants to grasp the regulatory requirements of the new Fund Administrators Law and to gain practical insights into its application in real-world scenarios.
CPD Recognition
This programme may be approved for up to 1.5 CPD units in Financial Regulation. Eligibility criteria and CPD Units are verified directly by your association, regulator or other bodies which you hold membership.

HRDA-approved seminars are exempted from VAT for eligible organisations applying for the HRDA subsidy. A 19% VAT will apply to seminars and participants who do not qualify for the HRDA subsidy.
