Corporate Strategy and Strategic Ambidexterity
“A key distinguishing factor of effective leaders and strategic thinkers, is the ability to recognize both tensions as well as complementarities; and think in an integrative, both/and perspective rather than a binary, either/or manner. Great strategists find ways to balance competing objectives through particular organizational and strategic choices; that is, they think and act ambidextrously.”
