Course Overview
Managing people has never been more challenging. Today's managers are expected to deliver results through others while navigating increasing workloads, constant change and evolving workplace expectations. Yet many are promoted because of their technical expertise rather than their ability to lead people effectively.
This practical programme equips managers with the mindset, skills and confidence needed to succeed in today's workplace. Drawing on Emotional Intelligence, psychology and modern leadership practices, participants will develop greater self-awareness, strengthen their ability to manage emotions under pressure, understand different thinking, working and communication styles, and build stronger working relationships through empathy, active listening and assertive communication. Throughout the programme, participants will explore practical tools and techniques that can be immediately applied to enhance collaboration, trust, motivation and team performance.
