EIMF | How to stimulate a good speak-up culture (Whistleblowing)

As a result of the new whistleblower protection legislation all organisations, irrelevant of industry, with 50 employees or more obliged to put whistleblowing procedures in place. This is of particular importance to companies in the financial services industry that are subject to anti-money laundering legislation. This sounds bothersome, but there is evidence that companies with more reports actually achieve better business results. How does that work? And how can you encourage your employees to submit reports?
During this webinar we will explore the good practices together in an interactive session. Let’s unleash the power of a good speak-up culture!
