Hours on end sitting in one position, behind a desk, in front of a screen and consuming too much information, will usually result in stress, tension and stiffness, to both body and mind.
Through a sequence of simple exercises combining breathwork and movement, we are able to calm our mind, loosen the body and balance our energy.
This workshop will offer some basic breathing techniques and exercises that can easily be done whilst sitting or standing at your desk.
