We were also honored to have Ms. Natali Giorgalla, Standards Officer for Services & Administration at the Cyprus Organisation for Standardisation, and Mr. Michalis Kalathas, Lead Auditor at the Cyprus Certification Company, speak to our students about the role of ISO standards in strengthening corporate governance. The focus of the discussion was on:

18 March 2025: Achieving Resilience and Better Self-Management
EIMF was delighted to host Dr. Theano Kalavana (Academic, Facilitator, and Professional Certified Coach in Health & Leadership), who spoke to our Master Programme students about the importance of resilience and self-management. EIMF students, who must balance demanding professional schedules and personal commitments while pursuing their academic degrees, had the opportunity to gain valuable insights on effectively managing these challenges.
This marks the beginning of an exciting collaboration between EIMF and Dr. Kalavana, which will expand into teaching, research, and the development of new courses aimed at enhancing personal and professional growth.
These enriching sessions underscore the importance of maintaining high standards of governance and compliance across organizations. The MGRC program is proud to provide our students with the opportunity to learn from such experienced professionals and to gain practical knowledge that will be invaluable in their careers.
