Refund policy
Learners are entitled to a 14-day refund period as long they did not activate the license of their registered course. No refund will be provided by EIMF after a license to access a working version of any of our online courses has been activated.
Delivery policy
All courses are accessed online. Access will be provided to the courses immediately after they are purchased or within 24 working hours of receipt of cleared funds during business hours or next business day if purchased on a weekend – you will be notified by email.
Course License
A licence is 6 months’ continued access to a single course, for a single user, at any time.
