Terms and Conditions

Registration to a course automatically means confirmation of attendance. Cancellations of registrations will be accepted if made in writing up to five (5) working days before the course starting date. Participating individuals or companies may be able to request a full refund (subject to examination and approval by the EIMF), provided that the cancellation request is made no less than five (5) working days before the commencement date of the seminar/course. Participants or companies who cancel less than five (5) working days before the start of the seminar, or who fail to attend the seminar without any prior notification, will be eligible for the full tuition fee. If the participant or company fails to settle the relevant invoice prior the commencement of the seminar/course, the EIMF reserves the right to cancel/withdraw the relevant registration and decline participation to the course/seminar. The EIMF also reserves the right to proceed with legal actions for damages should the invoice not be settled, up to one month from the commencement of the seminar/course. The EIMF also reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course before its scheduled start date, in which case you will be provided with alternatives and be offered the option to either be refunded or keep the funds on your account for future use.
