Already working? Thinking about your next career move?
If you work in Corporate Administration, Compliance, AML/KYC, Legal Support, Corporate Services or Financial Services — or you would like to move into one of these areas — join our Virtual Open Day.
We will introduce the Diploma in Corporate Administration & Compliance, explain what you will actually learn, and show how the programme can help you build stronger skills and take on more specialised responsibilities.
Build on the experience you already have
Many people enter corporate services, administration or compliance through work experience.
Over time, however, the job becomes more demanding.
You need to understand not only what needs to be done, but why it needs to be done, what the rules require, what documentation is expected and what can go wrong when something is missed.
That is where DipCAC comes in.
The programme is designed to help you develop a stronger understanding of the legal, corporate, governance and compliance environment while building practical skills you can use at work.
Learn the work, not just the theory
During the programme, you will work with areas such as:
Company filings;
Board and shareholder resolutions;
Minutes and statutory records;
Corporate governance documentation;
AML/KYC requirements;
Due diligence;
Compliance documentation;
Contracts and legal documentation;
Cyprus corporate practice.
The aim is simple: to help you become more confident and capable in the work you are already doing — or prepare you to move into the field.
Where could it take you?
The programme is relevant to people working towards or developing within roles such as:
Corporate Administrator
Corporate Services Officer
Compliance Assistant / Analyst
AML/KYC Support
Company Secretariat / Board Support
Legal Assistant / Paralegal
Governance Support
Due Diligence / Regulatory Documentation
It can also be useful if you currently work in general administration and want to move into something more specialised.
What will we discuss during the Open Day?
We will cover the questions that matter most before committing to the programme:
Who is DipCAC really for?
What will you actually learn?
How practical is the programme?
Can you manage it while working full-time?
What types of roles can it support?
Is it suitable if you are changing career?
What are the timetable, fees and entry requirements?
What does the application process involve?
You will also be able to ask your own questions directly to the EIMF academic team.
Designed with working professionals in mind
DipCAC runs through evening classes, allowing students to continue working while studying.
That makes the programme particularly relevant if you are already building your career and do not want to put your professional life on hold in order to continue your education.
Not sure if it is right for you?
That is exactly why we are holding the Open Day.
You do not need to have decided to apply.
Join us, hear what the programme involves and speak with us about where you are now and where you would like your career to go.
