We are proud to announce that the EIMF Leadership and Development Programme (LDP) was recently awarded accreditation by the Chartered Management Institute CMI, the most prestigious professional body for Managers.

Founded on 1947 as the British Institute of Management, the CMI is the only chartered body that awards management and leadership qualifications, and the only body that awards Chartered Manager, the hallmark of any professional manager. Over 100,000 Professional Managers trust CMI as the leading authority on management and leadership across the world, and it is recognized as the international gold standard of management and leadership qualifications.

The LDP is a five-day, high energy intense general management course that offers a great learning experience for participants. In five days we put an emphasis on building participant’s confidence as a manager and leader of their organization. The programme has met the rigorous quality standards of the Chartered Management Institute to achieve the CMI Accreditation. Participants will receive a 12-month CMI Membership, which will provide an immediate benefit to their career, also providing a chance to pursuit the Chartered Manager status, the highest achievement in the management profession.
