Beyond Burnout: Mental Resilience and Balance for High-Performance Professionals

Join us for a special, completely free online event to mark World Mental Health Day 2025 on Friday, 10 October. Co-organised by the European Institute of Management and Finance (EIMF) and Mind & Health – Mental Health Centre, this insightful webinar is open to everyone—employees, managers, students, entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in mental wellbeing.
In today’s demanding world, the lines between work and personal life are increasingly blurred, often taking a toll on our mental health. This timely event brings together two distinguished clinicians from Mind & Health to explore how work affects our psychological wellbeing—and how we can protect and strengthen it.
What to Expect:
“The Impact of Work on Mental Health”
Presented by Dr Floris Stylios, MD, MPhil, PhDc | Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist, Head of Mind & Health
Dr Stylios will examine how workplace pressures, organisational culture, and job demands can influence mental health—both positively and negatively—drawing on clinical practice and the latest research.
“Strategies for Work-Life Balance”
Presented by Dr Ioanna Katsounari, MA, PsyD | Lead Clinical Psychologist at Mind & Health
Dr Katsounari will offer practical, evidence-based techniques to help you set healthy boundaries, manage stress, and cultivate a more balanced, fulfilling life both inside and outside of work.
Each presentation will last 20–25 minutes, followed by a joint Q&A and open discussion, giving you the chance to engage directly with the speakers and reflect alongside fellow participants.
