This seminar is part of the series “Mastering GRC with ISO”—a four-part seminar series co-organised by the Centre for Good Governance and the Cyprus Organisation for Standardisation (CYS), under the auspices of the Cyprus Compliance Association, and delivered in partnership with the European Institute of Management and Finance (EIMF). Learn more here.
This session explores how ISO 37000 (Guidance on the Governance of Organizations) and ISO 37005 (Governance Maturity Model) provide a practical framework for translating governance principles into organisational action.
It will examine how boards and senior leaders can use these standards to strengthen purpose, accountability, and decision-making, assess governance maturity, and drive continuous improvement.
The seminar will also highlight the value of adopting internationally recognised governance benchmarks, demonstrating how effective governance systems enhance organisational performance, resilience, stakeholder confidence, and long-term sustainability.
