He advises organisations on sales management and sales strategy, and offers training on B2B Selling, Account Management, and Customer Service. He is also an accredited Business Coaching Practitioner by the European Mentoring and Coaching Association (EMCC). During his 22-year career, Alkis has worked in various industries, such as Market Research, IT, Telecommunications, and consulting. He has held a number of roles, including serving as Sales Manager at Cablenet Communication Systems for a period of 10 years, where he set up and developed the Cablenet Business Services division. Alkis has trained organisations in B2B Selling and Customer Service in a wide range of industries, such as IT, Telecommunications, Finance, Shipping, Medical, Land Development, Trading, and several semi-governmental organisations. He holds a Bachelor and a Master’s degree in Information Engineering from the University of Cambridge (UK), an MBA from the Cyprus International Institute of Management, and a diploma in Business Coaching from the National Kapodistrian University in Athens, Greece.
