Dr  Angela Izah is a Lecturer in Finance at the University of Leicester since January 2020, teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate modules in financial risk management and research methods. Prior to her appointment at Leicester, she worked as a graduate teaching assistant at the University of Essex (October 2015 to June 2019). Dr Izah gained her PhD degree in Finance (2019) and an MSc degree in Finance and Management at the University of Essex. She also has an MSc degree in Finance from Hult International Business School (London). Her BSc degree is in Business Administration (University of Benin). During her time at Essex, she attained a fellow status in Higher Education Academy and Post graduate Certificate in Higher Education (January 2019).
