Charalambos is the owner and Director of CSA-PRO Solutions Ltd, a company specialising in providing compliance services to institutions. Charalambos is an experienced professional with over 35 years of experience, of which 30 are in  the financial services industry, who provides consultancy and training on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing to financial institutions regulated by the Central Bank of Cyprus, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), members of the Cyprus Bar Association, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus and the Cyprus Fiduciary Association, as well as to other professionals. Charalambos expertise includes the design and development of compliance programmes, compliance risk assessment and analysis, compliance systems evaluation and compliance training. In addition to working as a Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO), he has worked in the finance, retail and corporate sectors of financial institutions. His extensive experience in compliance (last 16 years) ranges from Know- Your-Customer due diligence processes, customer risk assessment, sanction risk evaluation and case management to AML compliance program development, implementation and evaluation. Furthermore, throughout his career with a major Banking Institution and specifically during the last twenty years, he has been offering lectures and training seminars relative to the financial sector. During the past ten years he has delivered more than 1000 hours of compliance training to Financial Organisations’ employees / managers. Charalambos has an MBA degree from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. from York University (Canada).
