Dave Buffham leads MPI Learning’s ‘Coaching & Team Development’ division, providing team and executive coaching solutions to organisations across the globe. MPI Learning are the developers and custodians of the world class UpAGear Team Coaching approach, transforming team performance, focus and results. As an Executive Coach, Dave draws upon his experience to both support and challenge clients to achieve the breakthroughs they need to be the very best that they can be.  Dave is fortunate to work across a wide range of sectors including financial services, creative / marketing and high-performance sport. Dave has been coaching executives and teams from all corners of the globe for over 10 years. Dave's organisational career prior to his current role involved over twenty years in senior operational and strategic roles within the Retail and FMCG world. Dave designs training and coaching interventions to be engaging while stretching performance; creating clarity while building understanding. He gets a real kick out of working with teams and individuals at all levels, but especially with top teams balancing the delivery of their strategic agenda alongside the operational priorities which can often spill into conflict and frustration. Most of all Dave believes that development interventions must be enjoyable  – we learn the most when we are enjoying ourselves.
