Frini Solonos has extensive experience in the insurance industry, which she has served in various managerial positions. She has successfully completed the Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance/Advanced Diploma in Insurance Practice and has been certified as Certified Claims Specialist, Motor Insurance Specialist, Underwriting Specialist, Household Insurance Specialist και Health Insurance Specialist. In recent years she has been mainly involved in setting up companies, dealing with corporate governance and expanding their operations. She designs and implements training programmes for staff and business executives, aiming at their professional training and consequently the provision of high-quality services. Her experience includes complaint management, recording and modification of procedures and internal audit. Frini is the founder of FS Fiery Success Ltd, co-founder of Mighty Duo Communications and More and director of Corim Insurance Brokers Ltd . She has a successful track record in both juvenile and adult education. She has studied Biology and holds postgraduate degrees in Educational Leadership and Management (MSc) and Business Administration (MBA). Frini is a certified HRDA Vocational Training Trainer, a member of the Insurance Institute of Cyprus, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Cyprus International Businesses Association (CIBA), as director of Corim Insurance Brokers. She is a keynote speaker and has her own podcast called F-Spot, hosted by HPO Max. Her experience spans various industries most notably education, shipping, food and beverage, construction, and healthcare.  She has lectured on violence against minors and held a series of seminars on teacher training in schools.
