Isabelle is a Master Certified Coach and a certified Team Coach (accredited MCC and ACTC by ICF). She is Team Coach, Mentor Coach, Faculty member, and Leadership Development Trainer.  She has been practicing since 2008 as a Coach with more than 5000 hours, and since 2004 as a Leadership Development facilitator and Senior Trainer with more than 6500 hours. She is a founding member of both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Greece and the HCA (Hellenic Coaching Association)/EMCC Greece, and Leader of ICF Greece Group Mentoring and Peer Coaching Committees. Dedicated to shaping high performing organisations with a coaching culture, and to enabling people to grow and reach their best potential and whole self, with a sense of purpose. Isabelle believes when given the time, space, and trust, individuals can become the best version of themselves. She followed her own purpose and passion in people development, training, mentoring, and coaching, and set up own practice in 2020: Become. She is also a CoachU University Faculty member and Professional Mentor Coach (PMC), and partners with leading training institutes. Isabelle brings 20+ years of international experience in HR leading roles and as a member of leadership teams and executive committees, covering all aspects of HR as well as a deep understanding of business operations and a successful track in shaping people strategies, creating high performance culture, and leading large teams.
