Loukis Tapakis is an MBA graduate with 30 years of experience in managing business, leading people, implementing projects, restructuring organisations and training professionals. He has a strong background in managing resources (human, financial, technological, physical). Loukis has followed a multi discipline career in top management positions in renowned, sizable organisations in the areas of trading, services, and technology.  In addition, he has a 14-year consulting background, offering services to over 50 organisations to a wide range of industries such as strategic planning and implementation, organisation reengineering and human resources development. Loukis is a HRDA accredited trainer for topics such as branding, leadership, managing change, strategic planning, sales and customer service and due to his hands on background, he teaches based on deep knowledge and experience.  Furthermore, in 2015 he was trained by Robin Sharma (one of the five most influential international leadership gurus) and he became one of the accredited facilitators of the program “Lead without a title”.   Loukis was also an EBRD accredited consultant for Cyprus based companies for services related to reengineering, and also an accredited productivity consultant from the Cyprus Productivity Centre to help organisations enhance their productivity.
