Mantha Varela currently works as a Senior Associate in Moratis Passas Law office expertising in Insurance and Corporate Law, both in advisory as well as in litigation. She previously worked for Prime Insurance Ltd, a Cy Insurance Company with establishment in Athens, as a Legal Counsel and a member of the Compliance Committe. Mantha holds a Phd in Commercial Law (in the field of D&Os Liabilities in Group of companies), two LLMs in Commercial and Corporate Law (UCL and Law School of Athens) and a degree in Law from the Law School of Athens. She has a wide range of pubilications in Insurance and Corporate Law, whereas also great experiance in academic teaching in the relevant fields.
