Since 2019 Michael is working as a consultant Senior Project Manager at MDA Cyprus LLC, leading and managing small- and large-scale projects. Prior to this role he has worked for an International non-for-profit organization (CWGC) managing projects in many countries including Italy, Israel, Turley, Portugal, Czech Republic. Earlier in his career he worked in the construction industry in Cyprus as a field Project Manager, in the UAE as a Site/Section Engineer and as a Structural/Civil Engineer in Cyprus. He is a dedicated and driven professional with a successful career in delivering projects and operational business through thorough planning and management. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships. Enjoys being part of, as well as leading, managing, training and motivating successful and productive teams, and thrives under pressure and challenging working environments. Michael holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the Aristotle University Thessaloniki, a Master’s in Business Management from the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM) through PMI’s scholarship, a Diploma on Strategic Leadership & Management from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) UK, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, PRINCE2 from Axelos/OGC and other qualifications. Michael is a certified HRDA trainer with interests in Project Management, Leadership & Management and related topics such as negotiation skills, risk management, change management, schedule management.
