Panayiotis leads the Technology and Financial Services department of Pelaghias, Christodoulou, Vrachas LLC that was founded in 1920 with over 100 years of excellence, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise. With a strong background in both sectors, Panayiotis provides strategic guidance and innovative solutions tailored to the unique challenges of the industry. The approach of Panayiotis is characterised by a deep understanding of the dynamic intersection between technology and financial services, combined with a keen insight into regulatory compliance landscapes. This enables him to offer forward-thinking advice and effective support, helping clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving environment. He is one of the two (2) delegates of Cyprus Organisation for Standardisation for ISO TC307 Blockchain committee. Panayiotis frequently speaks at industry conferences and contributes to publications, sharing his knowledge and insights on emerging trends and best practices. Panayiotis obtained his LL.B (with Hons) from Kingston University London in 2015. In 2016, he obtained his MS.c in Law, Business and Management Law from the University of Law in Moorgate, London. He then completed successfully the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in Moorgate, London.
