Panayiotis is the head of Technology and AI at Pelaghias, Christodoulou, Vrachas LLC, a firm with over 100 years of excellence since its founding in 1920. With his leadership, the Technology and Financial Services department benefits from his vast experience and expertise. Panayiotis provides strategic guidance and innovative solutions tailored to the evolving challenges in the technology and financial services industries. His approach is characterized by a deep understanding of the intersection between technology and financial services, combined with a comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance. This enables him to offer forward-thinking advice that helps clients navigate a rapidly changing environment. He also represents Cyprus as one of two delegates for the ISO TC307 Blockchain committee under the Cyprus Organisation for Standardisation. Panayiotis is a regular speaker at industry conferences and contributes to various publications, where he shares insights on emerging trends and best practices. Panayiotis holds an LL.B (Hons) from Kingston University London (2015) and an MSc in Law, Business, and Management from the University of Law in Moorgate, London (2016), where he also successfully completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC). His qualifications include the Legal Practice Course (LPC), CySEC Advanced Certification, and ICA AML Certification. Finally, Panayiotis serves on the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Blockchain Technologies Association (CyBT) and is a member of several key organizations, including the Cyprus Bar Association’s Technology Committee, the Great Britain–Cyprus Business Association, the Cyprus Blockchain Technologies Association, the Cyprus–Saudi Arabia Business Association, and the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA).
