Yiannis Meraklis is a lawyer, holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Master of Laws (LLM) and a Masters in Real Estate.Yiannis is a lawyer, member of the Pancypriot Bar Association since 2013, and a Director of Christofis, Meraklis, and Associates, D.E.P.E., a law firm founded in 2020 in Nicosia. Yiannis has acquired experience in the field of real estate law and represents clients and management companies of jointly owned buildings, and managed committees of jointly owned buildings before Cypriot courts for various legal matters, as well as the collection of common uses on behalf of the management committees.
