16 Jan IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT | EIMF’s eLearning Platform – Secure Your Certificates

We are very excited to share with you that over 2,500 professionals have entrusted their training needs in EIMF’s eLearning courses.  We are very pleased to be accommodating the learning requirements of so many professionals and we look forward to offering you an enhanced and improved service, through some great technical updates that will improve our system performance and your learning experience.

We have released today our new eLearning Platform (https://elearning.eimf.eu) and from this day forward, all new registrations will enjoy our updated service.  As an existing or previous user, YOU may be wondering what will happen with the information of our former system, therefore please read the following important information.

Permanent deactivation of our former platform

All existing or previous users will be deactivated on 17 February 2020.  Consequently, it will no longer be possible to access courses, or extend the progress of courses on and after 17 February 2020.

Therefore, please ensure that you complete your courses the latest by 16 February 2020.

New and Former eLearning Website

All existing or previous users will be able to log into our former system via https://eimf.matrixlms.com/.

All users can continue purchasing courses at https://elearning.eimf.eu.

Certificates of Completion and Awards

All certificates awarded via our former platform will be permanently deleted. Therefore, we strongly advise you to download and save your existing or new certificates of completion/awards immediately.

To download your certificates, visit your account and click on the Awards menu. You can then click on the PDF icon to download your Certificate.

If you have  forgotten your credentials, you may retrieve them via https://eimf.matrixlms.com/ . Log in – Forgot Password. If you are experiencing any issues when retrieving your credentials, please contact us at [email protected].

History of Completed Courses

Likewise, the history of your completed courses in our former system will be deleted. Therefore, if you wish to keep a record of all your completed topics, we strongly advise you to do so immediately, and the latest by 16 February 2020.
