A large number of Members of the BoD of various Financial Services Institutions like Banks, Investment Firms, Funds and others have participated in a Workshop for Directors organised by the EIMF and titled CRD IV: From the New Responsibilities of the Board of Directors to the Impact on Profitability, presented by renowned Risk Manager Specialist Mr George Lekatis.
The Workshop covered key issues introduced by the CRD IV (Capital Requirements Directive IV) regarding Risk Management and Governance in the Financial Services Sector, and the new responsibilities on the Board of Directors brought on by this regulatory update.
