This highly relevant event will be held on Wednesday November 1 at the Londa Hotel in Limassol.
The events speaker, Adam Samuel, is a lawyer qualified in the UK/USA and for the last 21 years he has run a consulting business helping financial regulators across three continents across three continents on customer-facing issues.
During the event Adam will be talking about Promoting Financial Products and he will cover the following issues:
- Is it financial promotions or client communications we should be talking about
- What risks and disadvantages do we need to talk about
- Should we provide risk warnings or descriptions
- For spread betting, what needs disclosing, loss rates
- How to use new media safely and wisely
