After the great success of Dr Nick Skrekas’ last visit to Cyprus, the EIMF is once again collaborating with this renowned International Lawyer and Financial Analyst, for 2 specialised courses.
Firstly, Dr Skrekas will be presenting a 3 day course titled ‘Project and Asset Finance with Limited Resources‘, offering participants a thorough grounding in limited-recourse financing applied to a range of capital-intensive industries, like the Financial Services Sector, Maritime, Construction Sector, Small to Medium Size Businesses etc.
Secondly, he will be offering a 2 day course titled ‘International Loan Documentation‘, where participants will among other become fully prepared for the coming regulatory changes in Cyprus with respect to Insolvency Laws, and develop their understanding of how to securitise, sell, or restructure bad loans.
