30 Mar Open Seminar on Implementing ISO Standards for Ethical, Transparent and Accountable Organisations

Within the framework of the open seminar series titled “Mastering GRC with ISO: A Standards-Based Approach – A Series of Talks on Best Practices and Implementation”, the organisation of the third open seminar of the series is announced.

The seminar titled Ethics in Action: Implementing ISO Standards for Transparent and Accountable Organizations – ISO 37001 & ISO 37002 will take place on 2 April 2026 at the premises of the EIMF. Networking among participants will take place at 16:30, and the seminar will commence at 17:30.

The seminar explores how ISO 37001 (Anti-bribery management systems) and ISO 37002 (Whistleblowing management systems) provide organizations with practical frameworks to strengthen integrity, transparency and accountability.

ISO 37001 sets out requirements for establishing, implementing and improving anti-bribery management systems, helping organizations prevent, detect and respond to bribery risks while enhancing compliance and ethical business conduct.

ISO 37002 provides guidance for developing effective whistleblowing systems, supporting organizations in receiving, assessing and addressing reports of wrongdoing while protecting whistleblowers and fostering a culture of trust and transparency.

The seminar will highlight how organizations can:

• Strengthen anti-bribery controls and ethical culture

• Establish effective and trusted whistleblowing mechanisms

• Enhance transparency, accountability and stakeholder confidence

• Improve governance resilience and long-term sustainability

Ανοικτό Σεμινάριο για την εφαρμογή των ISO προτύπων με στόχο ηθικούς, διαφανείς και υπόλογους οργανισμούς.

Στο πλαίσιο της σειράς ανοικτών σεμιναρίων με τίτλο «Mastering GRC with ISO: A Standards–Based Approach – A Series of Talks on Best Practices and Implementation», ανακοινώνεται η διοργάνωση του τρίτου ανοικτού σεμιναρίου της σειράς.

Το σεμινάριο με τίτλο Ethics in Action: Implementing ISO Standards for Transparent and Accountable Organizations – ISO 37001 & ISO 37002 (Η Ηθική στην Πράξη: Εφαρμογή των ISO προτύπων για διαφανείς και υπόλογους οργανισμούς) θα διεξαχθεί στις 2 Απριλίου 2026 στις εγκαταστάσεις του EIMF. Στις 16:30 θα υπάρχει δυνατότητα δικτύωσης των συμμετεχόντων και στις 17:30 θα αρχίσει το σεμινάριο.

Το σεμινάριο εξετάζει πώς τα πρότυπα ISO 37001 (Anti-bribery management systems) και ISO 37002 (Whistleblowing management systems) παρέχουν ένα πρακτικό πλαίσιο για την ενίσχυση της ακεραιότητας, της διαφάνειας και της λογοδοσίας στους οργανισμούς.

Το ISO 37001 καθορίζει απαιτήσεις για την ανάπτυξη, εφαρμογή και συνεχή βελτίωση συστημάτων διαχείρισης κατά της δωροδοκίας, βοηθώντας τους οργανισμούς να προλαμβάνουν, να εντοπίζουν και να αντιμετωπίζουν κινδύνους δωροδοκίας, ενισχύοντας παράλληλα τη συμμόρφωση και την ηθική επιχειρηματική συμπεριφορά.

Το ISO 37002 παρέχει κατευθυντήριες γραμμές για την ανάπτυξη αποτελεσματικών μηχανισμών whistleblowing, υποστηρίζοντας τους οργανισμούς στην υποδοχή, αξιολόγηση και διαχείριση αναφορών παρατυπιών, με παράλληλη προστασία των αναφερόντων και ενίσχυση της εμπιστοσύνης.

Κατά τη διάρκεια του σεμιναρίου θα παρουσιαστεί πώς οι οργανισμοί μπορούν να:

• Ενισχύσουν τα μέτρα κατά της δωροδοκίας και την ηθική κουλτούρα

• Αναπτύξουν αξιόπιστους μηχανισμούς αναφοράς παρατυπιών

• Βελτιώσουν τη διαφάνεια, τη λογοδοσία και την εμπιστοσύνη των ενδιαφερόμενων μερών
